By using the Services, submitting your information, or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

USA Tax Network is a marketing and referral service that connects consumers with licensed tax professionals, such as Enrolled Agents, CPAs, and tax attorneys. Novaura is not a tax preparation, law, or accounting firm; we do not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice; and we do not perform tax resolution services ourselves. USA Tax Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IRS or any other government agency. Eligibility for any IRS relief program is determined solely by the IRS.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree that any information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated. By submitting your information, you authorize Novaura to share it with one or more partner tax professionals so they may contact you and evaluate your situation.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from USA Tax Network, Novaura, and the licensed tax professionals we connect you with — including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS — at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Calls to and from USA Tax Network may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law. We make no guarantee that you will qualify for any tax relief program or achieve any particular outcome or savings. Any figures or examples presented are illustrative only, and actual results vary based on individual circumstances and IRS determinations. Nothing on the Services constitutes a promise of a specific result.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Use any automated means to access or scrape the Services; or
• Infringe the rights of Novaura or any third party.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Novaura or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

The Services may reference or link to third parties, including the licensed tax professionals we connect you with. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, products, or content of any third party. Any dealings between you and a third party are solely between you and that party.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novaura and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. In no event will our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novaura and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, the dispute will be handled through the courts identified above, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novaura regarding the Services.
